It is a fallacy of the human mind to think that it is Nature's perfect and most advanced creation. A hubris that ultimately shows itself in stupidity. There can and will be beings more advanced than you. How they deal with you depends on how you deal with the world. Respect, unfortunately, is something that all humans want, but not many are willing to give. What many people fail to realize, is that dominance in one field over one set of organisms does not guarantee universal dominance. There is always bigger and more hungry fish in the ocean. And they will encounter your species in the future.
